Melanie Hopwood

Melanie's ceramics explore themes of landscape and the tenacity of nature. She uses clay to capture echoes and traces of the passage of time. Her work, which is exhibited regionally and nationally, includes sculptural forms, planters and a new jewellery range.

Melanie runs ceramic workshops for children and adults from her studio, and also in schools, museums and community venues.
